CT Tax from 1993
Two days ago (4/18/09) I received a tax delinquency notice from Newtown, CT for the two cars I owned in 1993. I moved out of CT in Jan 1992 to Ohio and been here simce. Never knew about this tax until last Saturday. So more than 15 years have past since the tax year in question...
