I’m not certain about how others feel individually about the noise. The complex is only ¼ occupied. It is a large complex with several buildings. The building I’m currently in has four apartments. It is only I and the couple below me who live there. I try to be very quiet and respect them...
I have talked with the lady who oversees the rental office -she is the on site management but not an owner. The current owners are located in another city. I have not spoken to the new owners but as of right now, they do not own the complex. Closing has yet to be done.
