We live in our motorhome full time in Texas and it is parked on a rented RV lot. Would this qualify for a Homestead Exemption filing Chapter 7? It's value is about $12,000 and there is no lein. We also own a 2002 Toyota Corolla worth about $4000 also with no lien. Thanks!
