Can some one help with out with the procedure to claim insurance for the storage container's we have lost.....either stolen by our customer or yard/ trucking partner
Our customer in SC rented a 40' storage unit in early '04, now they are not paying the rent & claim to have pruchased the unit. We do have a letter signed by customer. How do we repossess the unit ? ? ? Also can we sue the customer for not paying the rent ? ? ?
We are nation wide providers of storage units. Per our contract customer's are liable to pay any legal/ additional fee ouccring on thier account.
But when can we charge it, while we place them for collection or after they are out of collection ? ? ?

Customer agreed to work on payment paln in '04 & then truned hostile. when send them the notice they did not respond. Can we claim the balance & repossess the container we rented to them.
