I injured my knee at work July of 2007. I hobbled about until September and finally filed a claim and saw a Dr. The company laid off 30 employees Sept 28
and I was one of them. I continued to keep regular Dr. visits with no improvement. I did not collect any indemnity payments until March 2008...
