My jurisdiction is: Kentucky, USA
My friend was arrested in Kentucky for DUI after rearending another car. His BAC was .17. He has a New Mexico driver's license. Apparently, his license is suspended. Will they try him in KY under KY law or NM under NM law? Does he need to have his DMV trial in NM?
