I heard that a detective agency will hire extra people to help with thier investigation.......
Who can they hire ? Can they hire anybody? How would these people be contacted ?

What kind of a warrent is used to order an investigation by detectives or a detective agency ?
There seems to be an investigation ( people watching this family).....going on 5 years.
A local police officer said that was not a warrent out against these people by the police, nothing...
