    Ok. I wasn't asking for "legal advice" per se, I was pretty much asking for opinions and opinion-based adivce. That's what I meant by the sentence: "WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK? DO I HAVE ANY TYPE OF CASE?" A yes or a no answer would be fine.
