is there such a thing as a letter of declaration saying a person leaving Ghana for the USA have on them $4000 in order to travel ? the Ghana immigration service are the people supposedly behind this .
it is my knowledge that the money is clean . i was just wondering if at a later time it turns out the money was not clean, but my believe is that it was ok .
