Their was a secret indictment with 8 counts of Theft of Property and 1 stolen Identity. My Bond was $75,000 and the plea deals stated that if I pled guilty to two felonies they then there would dismiss the others. So, they are : Theft of Property over 500. And Identity Theft or Fraud over 500
1. Can I undue this judgement?
2. Can I clear my name?
3. Will I be able to prosecute my family member for taking my life away from and as a result loosing everything?
