I don't have a problem with supporting the child, I think its totally unfair I didn't know I had a child, wasn't given the chance to know the child from birth, until they want money than they bring me into it! I'm not one of those deadbeat dads.

as a tax acct, they will only pay a refund for 3 years past, your fault you didn't file, its the same with amendments 3 years on a refund, yes they go back farther if you owe, otherwise people that owe would'nt file since it takes at least three years for the irs to catch up with them. I had one...
