I am no lawyer, but I do not think it is worth fighting. He was driving, it was in the car, nuff said. He should look behind him when changing lanes so that a police officer will not get him next time.

You have a dog you aren't supposed to have...nuff said. You really have no recourse, considering you asked your landlord to call and you failed to call back. If you knew they were showing on Monday...why would you tell him it was ok and to call you, when you knew that you would be at work...
honestly I did not notice...I rarely went down there...two rooms in basement...one with washer and dryer, back room where I kept things.
The thing is I mentioned the mold and moist atmos to the landlord which she brushed off every time

I rented a house IN Bloomington, IN...it is NASTY. I swear everything I own in the basement has been ruined by mold. The house is literally falling apart. Had to take my girlfriend to the ER and respiratory therapist said mold could be culprit.
My cats even began sneezing and coughing and...
