court has ordered me to pay $1200.00 per month in maintenance $1267.00 child support and $744.00 house payment. this is more than I make a month,leaves me homeless can anyone help!
I recently went through a divorce and have been ordered to pay 1267.00 a month in child support 1200.00 a month in maintenance 744.00 house payment. this leaves me negitive at the end of the month. how can a court order you to pay more than you make? can anyone HELP!!!
