A WI franchise store invoice reads: (store name) guarantees you one year of free service if the merchandise we sell you has manufacturing defects."Service" is not explained, no additional details on invoice. Would the written guarantee be required to contain the full terms and conditions (Magnuson-Moss Warranty ACT?), and when is the customer first entitled to know their true paid for rights (and responsibilities)?
