hello,we lived in punta gorda fl we transfered to arkansas do to job transfer
and rented our home in fl,we did the agreement through mail
we sent them rental agreement in mail,they payed us first months rent moved in.never sent us back the agreement
know there late on second month rent cant get a hold of them.whats or options?we didnt sign the lease till when they signed it and sent it back to us which they didnt.

That is very important.......if you have no one there with power of attorney to act on your behalf you might want to consider doing that. So agencies handle such issues and management. If not, you might have to take the weekend off to go take care of this...........that is a bad start and your absence could only make it worst. If you can't contact them.......act fast to make sure your home is okay. You could also talk to them and delegate someone there to act on your behalf after letting them know who. Send someone there to go knock at the door…………
