My son was charged with driving to endanger. 2 kids who saw him and know him gave police reports thinking they would get in trouble if they didnt say anything. Now they have to appear in court as witnesses against him. Thsy really dont want to get him in trouble as they are "somewhat" friends in school. What can they say in court to ease this situation. I certainly dont wat them to lie. One of the girls claims the police officer told her she HAD to give a report and name to keep herself cleared.
