Window repair in a condominium

I live in a condominium complex in Florida. Can you tell me who is responsible for normal wear and tear to a (1) window, (2) window frame and (3) exterior window sills? I have minor water leaking into my unit which involves all three of the above.

No one can tell you, without reading your purchase agreement(s).

You should review same, in order to determine who is responsible.

If things are as they usually are, you'll probably discover the condo association has stuck you holding the bag and bill!

I have no idea.
It is usually in one or both.
It may also be in some other codicil.
It might be easier to ask the condo association or management.

I'll bet they pass it back to you.

Why not fix it, and worry about who's responsibility it is later?
