The fact that you've made payments towards the debt probably reset the time, so the statute of limitations probably won't be a factor.

I'm not sure what a "hillbiller" might be, but I certainly have nothing against farmers. I do, however, have a problem with folks who seek assistance in a written medium but can't be bothered even to make an attempt and proper grammar, punctuation, etc.
