Other Green Card Issue Will my Greencard be affected beacuse of my Husband's DUI

My Husband got 3 DUI's and the last DUI(Sep 2013 in Plano,TX) was in school zone where he slept inside the car.Th police had taken him to jail and he was there for a night and got released.
Currently his green card is expiring and needs extension.My GC is valid. I have two questions:
1.Will his GC get rejected and he will be deported?
2.Will that affect my GC status and is there chances for me to get deported?

Please help me with your thoughts.
