Just wondering if anyone knows the chances of a reformed addict with a few misdamenors a few years back will have a chance at being accepted by the Dept. of Real Estate upon fingerprinting and submition of my application packet? If anyone has any wisdom on this matter please reply. Thank you.

It depends on the state you live in. If you are applying for a license to sell real estate, you should have covered this matter in your class.
