The professor that gives the lecture is very entertaining and informative.
Have you seen the police officer that supports the Professor's advice?
His is also very informative, if not as entertaining.

Yes on that video the police officer immediately follows the professor, I watched it in full... He basically confirmed everything the law professor said but insisted he didn't want to send innocent people to jail- but I guess he decides who is innocent or not.

No, juries decide who is innocent and who is not. The police officer only has some control over who he will present to the DA, and the DA will determine who will go before a jury.
