I am a Canadian. My father's mother was born in Min. and came to Canada when she was 15. That was about 1910. I have heard that I would still qualify for dual citizenship. Is this true?
If so, where do I start?

I assume you are a Canadian citizen and are wondering if you might be an American citizen, too.

The question is, what citizenship did your parents have at the time of your birth?

They are both Canadian.

If they were only Canadian citizens at the time you were born, and not American citizens, then you are probably not an American citizen.
