The company I work for is having me rent a van to drive to Florida (from NC) for two weeks. The purpose of the trip is business. I will rent the van on a company credit card. The problem, as I see it, is I have LIABILITY ONLY on my personal vehicles. As my boss is not willing to purchase additional collision insurace coverage provided by the rental company, am I responsible for the vehicle if I wreck it (my fault accident)?
