My jurisdiction is: California, USA

I had damage done to my car at a car wash. I want to sue the owner. I found out that the car wash was a LLC. Who do I sue. The owner or someone else?

Well, you can contact the owner or manager of the car wash and find out who their liability insurer is, get the information and make a claim for the damage to your car if you can prove it was done by the car wash.
