where has dad been all this time

:nuts i have poa and executor of my recently deceased mother. she willed me her half of the mobile home in which i now live. I have been paying all her mortgage utilities etc since dad just up and left 7 yrs ago. now all of a suddden he's back and thinks he can take over and make me move out i am still paying the mortgage and the lot rent. where do i stand

he owns the other half. the title is in both names. there is no and/or survivorship in the title. it has her name, then dad's name
