1 What does ACD mean?? I heard that's another way to prevent you from getting a record.

2 What's a Prayer of judgment?

ACD is similar to Diversion your Attorney can explain. I have no clue what Prauer judgement is as its likely some slang term

ACD or Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal: It is effectively a pre-adjudication disposition where the defendant promises to stay out of trouble for a period of time - usually six months to one year and the court agrees that if the defendant is successful, the case will be dismissed.

A basic definition of a "Prayer for Judgement" is a plea that can be entered in a courtroom and is neither an admission of guilt nor a plea of innocence. If the plea is accepted by the judge the charge against the accused is dismissed though the judge usually has conditions for the violation to not go on the person's record.
