My husband sudently past July 23rd. He did not have a will. As I try to take care of some of our buisness I am asked if I have proof that I am the Executor of his estate. We were married 6 years. What ype of form do I need. One person said Fudiciary of Affairs and another one said i need Testementary. We have a mortgage I'm not on the lone but I am on the Deed.
