What my rights to this house?

I'm living in the house over 30 years - now with my son and disabled doughter. Some 2 years ago my husband, with whom I'am separated more than 15 years ( not legally and not divorced) transfered ovnership to our son who's talking about selling it. Do I have any rights to this property? Can he really sell the house without my consent?

I assume that you are not on the title. Then he can sell the house unless you can get the court to order otherwise. You need to talk to an attorney immediately and file for a divorce.
