Prosecutors generally have a few years to prosecute depending on the circumstances, of which you have provided none, and you probably shouldn't be explaining your crimes on the internet where law enforcement can read it.

Since you can't even use the correct word you probably need an attorney. A "statue" of limitations might be seen in an art museum, but it has nothing to do with the legal system.

If it was a felony it is 3 years. If a misdemeanor, 2 years.
