I am in the process of canceling my gym contract because of relocation. The gym may want more evidence than I can provide. I'm thinking of simply giving them all the evidence I have, and if that's not good enough for them, they can contact my lawyer.
Of course, any work that my lawyer performs for representing me is my liability, but if I go to court with the gym in the dispute of whether my gym contract was effectively canceled, could they be liable for my attorney fees? What is your advice?
