Hi! I live in Florida and was recently pulled over and giving a citation for driving on a suspended license, due to lack of insurance. When I showed the officer my proof of insurance he told me to go to the court house and show them the proof of insurance and proof of having insurance the entire year. well i did and i have received a letter from the court house stating that adjudication was withheld. I'm confused because I'm not sure if that means the ticket has been written off or what?? I know I have to pay court cost which is higher than the ticket, but I need to know if it means any points will go against my license or am I cleared? If anyone could please help me understand I would appreciate it! Thank You

You need to ask the court clerk your questions.

But it appears you are okay.
