I was supposed to have a preliminary hearing on a certain date...but i signed a "hold over" form, thats not what its called but essentially what it is..It was just a form confirming my address and im supposed to get a letter in the mail for my next court date...What is the official name of what i signed, im trying to look it up on google... and also how long will it be until i get that letter its been over a month

well i think it was a continuance.....anyways its been more than a month since a signed the continuance, when should i expect to receive this letter with my next court date. im getting anxious and i really want to just get all this over with
