One of my friends kids were caught doing something stupid and I want to know if they are being wrongly charged.

If someone was to be caught posting stickers that do not hinder the ability to read signs what charges can taken against them?

Also, if someone was to place posters onto walls using wallpaper glue what charges can be taken upon them?

They are being charged with vandalism and a few other charges however I was told by someone they could only be charged with posting bills?

    Thank you.

Placing stickers or defacing signs, which are owned by the state (in the case of most road signs) or the city/town (in the case of most street signs) is generally considered vandalism.
