What are my rights as a beneficiary?

We are having problems with my uncle, the executor to my grandmother's trust. He refuses to release any information on the trust and the progress of it and any assets. what rights do i have as a beneficiary?

If you are a beneficiary you can demand an accounting. The court can also remove him as trustee. I suggest you act quickly before all the money disappears. When someone won't give you information, that is smoke and you know what they say.
