Ok I have an issue maybe someone can help me with. I run a wedding videograhy comapny and had schedualed a wedding back in July 2006. The party contacted me 32 days before their wedding to cancel my services. Upon schedualing them on our calener we collected a $100 depsoit. Our contract never stated it was non refundable so I contacted the party and stating that I would return the deposit money. They demanded in the deposit in 7 days from the date of their cancelation. I am out a great deal of money because of this and was unable to book another wedding that weekend. In the contract it never stated how long it would be to return a deposit. Legaly how many days do I have to return their deposit. Someone mentioned I have 90 days to refund them. Is this true?
