We need help!

My grandmother died 7 years ago and her estate has never been settled. My sister and I are beneficiaries due to my mothers death. In October, my sister and I sent a letter to the executor (aunt) and accountant requesting a copy of the trust and accounting. We have never received a copy of the trust. We have gotten two dispersements about 6 years ago. My aunt and uncle are fighting over the value of items taken from the estate, therefore, my aunt has just decided to do nothing. We are worried she might have spent the money. My grandmother died in Indiana, and lived the full time until her death. My aunt lives in Washington and for some reason, we think the estate might list my grandmothers residence in Washington. My sister and I live in California. We have no idea how to proceed and what our options are to get this estate closed.
