Warrant arrest

Hi! I am very concerned about this....I have an unpaid speeding ticket from California that has turned into warrant arrest. Will I have any problems with US customs when crossing the border? I am a Canadian resident. And how can I resolve the problem?

Obviously you would have to pay the ticket in order to resolve the problem. Be aware that there will probably be significant fines added. It's impossible to tell you that you will or won't have a problem when you try to cross the border. If they do a background check on you, and these days security is very high, you may be in trouble. The 9/11 tragedy has made life significantly different with regard to security precautions being taken.
