Business Contracts waivers?

I am thinking about producing a short video for youtube. The video would require a couple thousand pictures of random babies and kids flashing to music. Would I need to get a waiver or permission form for all the pictures I use?

You might want to stay away from any video featuring babies or children. Society is somewhat protective of children, because there are predators about. Save yourself a potential problem, don't do it, waivers or not.

What about cartoon babies, or animal babies pretending to be human babies?

You also might investigate using babies from the 16th through the early 20th century in period clothing.
