Our little community has a problem with a high school principal. He's had numerous complaints against him.
A parent recently found out and revealed to the Board of Education that the principal used the high school's address on his voter registration, then voted once on it. The election commission says as long as the principal was living at the school, there was no voter fraud.
The board of education said the principal was not living at the school. But many know he was sleeping there. Students saw him in his pajamas, he had an air matress in his office floor, and his office had laundry/clothing in it.
My question is: I know if he wasn't living there, it is voter fraud. But are there any laws he may have broken if he was living at the school? Some type of misuse of public property, tax issues, or anything?
Thanks
