Is my contract void if the dealer failed to post a buyers guide at the time of purchase? If not, what recourse do I have?

Have you asked the dealer for a guide? Why did you not ask for one prior to making the purchase?

Agree, you should have asked the dealer for the ORIGINAL buyers guide or a copy of the ORIGINAL guide.
