How can I get VISITATION RIGHTS reinstated?
My Significant Other is in Health Care Facility.
Court-appointed Guardianship since end of May, 2009.
My last visit was early June, 2009. I was told:
"You must leave, you are not able to come here again."
I was told that "SO said that she does not want to see you."
Yet, I am getting phone messages from SO each day; SO
tells me in messages that "You should come and get me.....
I WANT to see you....I want to go home."
I am feeling that I am needing a legal sort of go-between
because I am growing weary & somewhat angry about this
entire thing and the way things are being handled here.
I am not even given the minimum of information about SO,
as to present condition, finances, property, & timeline for
moving to so-called Assisted Living.
