Hey im live in NC and on monday the 8 of Sept i was traveling thur Virginia and received a speeding ticket of a 79 in a 65 while rolling down the side of a moutain, which i didnt argue because i knew it was my own fault for taking the cruise control off. Also they gave me a citation for my tint on my windows being 15 when both the limit in NC and VA is 35. The tint citation im not to worried about bc it is only a fine of $30 dollars and the officer did not ask me to remove it or anythign. I've had the tint for about a year now and have not had any issues with NC officers about it. Even when pulled over for a seat belt ticket.
My question is this, does VA offer a Prayer for Judgement or can i take their driving school online? Or driving school in general? I live about 5 hrs away from where i received the tickets so its out of my way to go back there but i will if needed.

2000--82/55 took Prayer for Judgement
-- 60/45 reduced to improper equpment (so that my PRJ wouldnt screw me)
2005-- Seltbelt ticket
-- 79/65 that just occured that im asking about? with tint citation
