Just curious if anyone knows of or heard of any case of writ of mandate filed against a school district which the appallent is filing for reinstatement of employement, case fee's and future remedies as the court would allow. The case involves a school district who violated education codes,Constitutional and due process rights and continued those violations when knowing they were in violation of law in terminating an employee. Also the governing board terminating that employee and violating closed session rules on termination without partys of appallent and council to be present which is violation of board bylaws and state and constitutional law.

Also the law firm the district is using was just exposed in the local newspaper as using misconduct against there appalents, lies, false facts, and dragging cases out to cost the district and tax-payers hundreds of thousands of dollars and were sanctioned by a supreme court judge. These actions that are described by the law firm were the same that were done against the terminated employee?.

What is your opinions on what might happen in this case and what the judge may decide with all these facts that are on record.
