Violated in Texas

In '92 I was charged with indecency and had a trial in Jan. '93 and was not found guilty. In '94 I was convicted of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. Now I am on a sex offender caseload. I have a case pending ( 2254 habeas) and I am about to file a 1983. I am not a sex offender and my 5th, 8th, 14th rights are being violated . I can use all the help I can get. I've researched the case and I know it has merit. Please help.

Did you plead guilty to a lesser or included offense?

No I didn't plead out. I was found guilty of the lesser included offense of class C misdemeanor assault. I'm not sure how I was found guilty of that but it's a far cry from Indecency.

I don't think your issue has to do with the 5th amendment.

But, you're litigating it, so you'll see if your theory holds weight.
