My neighbor has security cameras in our common hallway. There is only me downstairs and he is upstairs so there are no witnesses to many of the incidents that occur. I did inform the management company both by telephone and in writing of the security cameras. My management office sent him 2 letters to take the security cameras down. This is 5 months ago and the cameras are still there. I did send a letter to my management to pls communicate to me what action was taken,but have not received a response to date. He is using the cameras to watch me. When i am alone in the house he makes incredible noise above me and i am not able to sleep. I did call a lawyer and he informed me it would take quite a few thousand of dollars to hire him and proceed against my management for not enforcing the laws. Is there something i can do that would cost less.
