Hi,
Here's the context:
A video games company as the following sale policy regarding a trilogy of titles and access to extra content locked behind the purchase of title 1,2 & 3 to get the extra content.
That sale policy regarding the extra content was announced at the release of title 3.
Question:
If they change this policy to ownership of only title 3 to access to extra content, would it be legal?
Or would they face claims for false advertising or breach of contract or unfair practices etc...
Note: I picked one Jurisdiction but this trilogy is sold worldwide via various video games vendors.
