hi,
i have got a misdemanor charge for activating fire alarm in a public building at VA state.
it was a mistake,i didn't do it intentionally.
the judge of district court has made me a charge of 2days in jail and 500$ fine.
i am on h1b,will this become a hassle for me in changing company or green card processing or re-stamping of H1.
shall i proceed to circuit court for further appealings??
please advise.
