I bought a car about a month ago I put 3K down 2015 Jetta after signing the contract two weeks later the sales manager calls me and as for updated pay stubs for my new job I did tell the company and Volkswagen that I was transitioning from one job to another same profession just different name of the company I was working for work so I did update them with new pay stubs. It's been a month and I haven't heard anything ever receive the payment or anything in the mail work on track I keep trying to call the dealer and no one calls me back what should I do

what should I do

Go in PERSON to the dealer TOMORROW, Tuesday, March 28th and see if you can straighten this mess out.

If you wait, you'll get a phone call demanding you bring THEIR car back.

What you describe is a dealer being unable to find a lender that will finance your deal.

That, my friend, is covered in your documents.
Usually you get charged for "wear and tear" on THEIR car.
That comes out of your three grand, and you get something back.
