Unwanted Rights

My ex-husband, his girlfriend, and her two kids are living in our house. He and I are currently splitting the mortgage payment in half. The divorce decree says that we split the payment down the middle. Am I still obligated to pay my half even though his new family is living there? He is wanting me to continue to pay my half even though both of them have a job and can pay it on their own. Would I have a fighting chance in court? Am I able to give up my rights to the house still? Or is it too late? And what would that mean?

If the divorce decree is finalized, then you are stuck with what was agreed upon. If not, you need to go back to your divorce attorney and ask him what can be done regarding the questions you put down on your posting. Good Luck!
