Hello, My husband passed away, at the time his sister was staying in my house taking care of my children. I sold the house and got a "vacate the premises order" to get her out when my house was under contract to be sold. When I entered my home I found that she had sold the entire contents, all of my property, in a yard sale. She was executrix of my husbands estate but I never gave her permission to sell my property, nor did she even notify me of her intent to do so. Can I file a complaint against her and if so in what court would I file this? Is there a statute of limitation for filing?
